With a correct understanding of BMW INPA transmission

I do not know when to start, dual-clutch transmission of this new technology to become the object of pursuit, with the BMW INPA new technology, as well as good performance, it quickly by the manufacturers and consumer recognition! However, in the end what is the dual clutch transmission, it has what advantage? Today we take a detailed knowledge about the double-clutch transmission!

Simply put, dual-clutch transmission can be considered as a collection of two traditional manual gearbox, it has two clutches, two input shafts, respectively, controls the odd gears and even block, but sharing an output shaft. Isolation and engage the clutch and gear switches are under the control of a computer controlled by a hydraulic mechanism, it can also provide manual shift mode.

Dual clutch transmission shaft is divided into two, one is put in inside solid shaft, while the other one is outside the hollow shaft; inside solid shaft connected to the 1,3,5 and reverse gear, and outside the hollow shaft is connected 2,4 and 6-speed, two CarBrain C168  each responsible for a drive shaft clutch teeth and closing movements, engine power will be made by either an uninterrupted transmission shaft.

Dual clutch transmission includes two automatic clutch control by the electronic control and hydraulic thrusters, can simultaneously control two clutch operation.
